General Communication Failure
We have received a communication failure. Therefore, in the event of an emergency, alarm signals would not reach us, preventing us from notifying you or the police if necessary.
If the communication path is IP/Internet:
We recommend unplugging the router from the power outlet, waiting a few seconds, and plugging it back in. Then, with the alarm system armed, trigger a test alarm to check that the signals reach us correctly. If we do not call you immediately upon triggering the alarm, please call us at 93 198 70 45.
If the communication path is GPRS/Mobile SIM card:
We recommend that, with the alarm system armed, you trigger a test alarm to check that the signals reach us correctly. If we do not call you immediately upon triggering the alarm, please call us at 93 198 70 45.
If you have any questions, you can call us to verify that the fault has cleared at 93 198 70 45.
*Communication faults are monitored 24 hours a day. Even if the alarm is disarmed, we still receive these alerts as they supervise the system’s correct performance.
After running these tests, if the fault has not cleared, we recommend calling the technical department.
