Control Panel Battery Fault

We have received a control panel battery fault from your alarm system. The battery is not working correctly and, in the event of a power outage, your facility would immediately be left without an alarm.

 

If a power outage already exists, the battery has now run out, leaving the system completely offline. We recommend checking the electrical panel and verifying that power is reaching the alarm system. Once power is restored, the battery should automatically recharge.

*Battery faults are monitored 24 hours a day. Even if the alarm is disarmed, we still receive these alerts as they supervise the system’s correct performance.
