Component AC Power Failure

We have received a power failure alert from a specific component of the system; we recommend checking the electrical panel and the electrical phases associated with that element. The alarm continues to operate on its backup battery, but if the battery runs out, the system will turn off.

*AC power faults are monitored 24 hours a day. Even if the alarm is disarmed, we still receive these alerts as they supervise the system’s correct performance.

 

If your property has power but the alarm component is still not receiving electricity, we recommend calling the technical department.
