Sensor Supervision Fault

We have received a supervision fault indicating that the alarm panel is not receiving signals from this sensor. Please check that the sensor is in place, has not been accidentally bumped, and is not misaligned.

 

We recommend that you arm the system and trigger a test by walking in front of this specific sensor to verify if the signals reach us.

*Supervision faults are monitored 24 hours a day. Even if the alarm is disarmed, we still receive these alerts as they supervise the system’s correct performance.

 

After running these tests, if the fault has not cleared, we recommend calling the technical department.
