Main AC Power Failure

We have received a main power failure alert from the alarm system; we recommend checking the electrical panel. The alarm continues to operate on its backup battery, but if the battery runs out, the system will turn off.

 

If you have any questions, you can call us to verify that the fault has cleared at 93 198 70 45.

 

*AC power faults are monitored 24 hours a day. Even if the alarm is disarmed, we still receive these alerts as they supervise the system’s correct performance.

 

If your property has power but the alarm system is still not receiving electricity, we recommend calling the technical department.
