Expansion Module Fault

We have received an expansion module fault; one of the system components is not working properly. We recommend triggering a test alarm or arming/disarming the system. You can also check the alarm keypad or APP, where the specific error might be listed.

*Expansion module faults are monitored 24 hours a day. Even if the alarm is disarmed, we still receive these alerts as they supervise the system’s correct performance.

 

After running these tests, we recommend calling the technical department.
